We very much enjoyed our stay on the level. The access to the relaxing lounge area is well worth the extra cost. Tapas and wine in the evening was delicious and a full Spanish/English breakfast was a great start to a busy day in London. The hotel is perfectly located for most of what London has to offer too!

El hotel al que siempre voy en Londres. Muy buenas instalaciones y un desayuno increible. La atención es excepcional y todo el mundo habla español. En el desayuno Luz nos atendió muy bien y fue muy amable. Gracias!

Ubicación muy cerca de todo,con el metro a 50 metros, habitación amplia y limpia,cama de 2 metros y almohadas super cómodas, desayuno excelente, completísimo, especial mención a Jaime y Juan que nos atendieron de maravilla,fueron encantadores. Totalmente recomendable
