We had an amazing experience. Getting the swim-out room with the concierge is so worth it. Our concierge lady Patry was so attentive and treated us so well. Our kids enjoyed the night activities. The food was good but the Hibachi was one of the best experiences for the kids. The room was clean, and they cleaned it every day, and the mini bar was restocked every day with snacks. One gentleman came and let the kids choose what they wanted. The staff was incredible.

Un hotel espectacular, la limpieza impecable. La mejor atendió. Que he recibido en mi vida. Volveré el año que viene con más familia para q puedan disfrutar de cada uno de los servicios ofrecidos por este hotel.

Beautiful resort. Everyone is very friendly! They remember us everywhere we go and they all remembered it was my birthday! Very sweet staff. They don’t speak a lot of English but they allll do their best to communicate with you. The rooms are massive and beautiful however they could be cleaned a little better. Other than that my stay here has been wonderful!
