El hotel es espectacular! Super cerca de la estación de Atocha y la comida 10/10! Les sugeriría tener más opciones vegetarianas y alguna opción vegana.

If you’re looking to treat yourself with a beautiful and comfortable stay in Madrid, this is the place! The hotel is fantastic, newly refurbished and beautifully decorated throughout. The room was very comfortable and I received a quiet room as requested (not overlooking the street). The pool and sauna were very relaxing and the gym was fantastic, a whole range of equipment. Cocktails in the bar/restaurant were expertly made and fairly priced. The hotel were kind enough to send some birthday cake to my room without me even mentioning my special day and the housekeeping team did a top class job, really looking after us. The only small things to note was the lack of AC (unusually it was around 20 degrees while we were there) which cannot be changed as noted in other reviews and responses from the hotel. Despite checking in online we still had to go to the front desk, where there was a queue and only one staff member to deal with everyone. But these were only small things and the rest of the stay was excellent. The hotel is centrally located, hundreds of restaurants and bars nearby plus a market with more restaurants, and next to a metro station too. I hope to return soon!

Buenos dìas, ,lo conociamos cuando se llamaba Trip Atocha Madrid, Melia A tocha, coincidimos que nos recibio Eva ,excelente profesional, asi como todos los demàs compañeros de recepciòn, excelente el hotel renonovado ,precioso, practico y comodo,,comida dos cenas en el restaurante, 23 y 24 de octubre de 10 excelente , para recomendar, nos interesaba quedar bien el 25 ,invitamos a dos personas, lo siento publicar pero un desastre, por la falta de personal , repetimos platos nada que ver productos secos y frios,tienen que predecir y suplir a los empleados que tambièn tienen derecho a descansar. Nos volveremos ver seguro
