マドリード到着時が深夜で、旅行中唯一の雨に降られながらの到着でした。ホテルマンも英語や日本語でも気さくに答えてくれました。２泊出来たのでメニューも豊富で美味しい朝食を味わえました。普段とは違いフルーツを大盛りにとりどりのパンから好みを選び放題。日本の銀座と呼ばれる通り近くなので、散歩がてらにスーパーに買い物に行きましたがブランド店がたくさんあってウィンドーショッピングにも最適ですね。

That was the best experience i have had in a luxury city hotel ever! The elegance of the place, the level of services and the over all experience is top knotch. Especially the staff at the Red Level is outstanding. Thanks to Ms. Paula at the front desk and Mr. Manuel and Mr. Daniel at the breakfast lounge. They really made a difference with their professionalism and care and made our holiday a really memorable one!

Albergo in posizione eccezionale , a piedi raggiungi tutte le mete più interessanti, camera molto Luminosa e spaziosa , ho ricevuto un upgrade molto gradito , palestra con tutto quanto serve e una colazione infinita

What a fantastic hotel! It’s a beautiful property, with a luxurious lobby and restaurant, spacious rooms, and walking distance to great shopping, and other sites. The staff is amazing. They have so many people on site to attend to your needs, offering the highest level of service, in a friendly manner. They really go out of their way to take care of their guests. Little touches like complimentary fruit and sweets in our room added to our experience. We upgraded to the Red Level access, which included snacks and open bar during our stay in their top floor restaurant, and rooftop patio, which was a great spot to unwind. Just a great experience, with excellent service. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable stay!
