Ein wirklich toller Ort. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt und werde. Auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team von Playa Esperanza Resort.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober zum dritten mal im Playa Esperanza und waren wie immer begeistert! Wir schätzen die herrliche Lage direkt am Meer,den schön angelegten Park mit drei Pools. Liegen stehen immer zur Verfügung,auch ohne Handtuch Reservierung ;) Im kleinen Supermarkt kann man sich bequem was holen, auch direkt gegenüber gibt es welche. Die Zimmer sehr sauber,Betten bequem. Wir schätzen die Ruhe im Hotel,um 23:00 schließt die Bar, gut so! Es gibt keine Gröhler,angenehme Gäste! Die abendliche Unterhaltung ist meist nichts besonderes,unserer Meinung nach. Die Bühne ist schlecht einsehbar wenn man oben sitzt. Aber der Sangria schmeckt! Auswahl an Essen groß. Das Frühstück wurde verbessert,es gibt jetzt u.a. gutes Körnerbrot. Wer hier jammert ist verwöhnt. Insgesamt ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Personal ist sehr freundlich!!

We came as a family of 4 with 2 small kids at the end of October and we’ve booked one of the apartments. I came purely based on the recommendation of a friend who was here just a month before I was. I only read reviews now before doing mine. Positive: - excellent location - for our taste the food was very very good and varied. We enjoyed it a lot (it’s worth paying the few euros extra for the dinner) - the indoor playground was a life saver while the outdoor one could use some upgrades - we loved the beach and heated pool - to us the staff was friendly (reception and restaurant) - the room cleaning was good enough and the ladies were very friendly - we could park by the hotel for free - the wristband with chip is really useful - very clean common areas and kept in shape - we made use of the doctor who was called for us in the evening. Friendly and helpful, cool to have such a service even if the price is probably pumped up - they offer a lot of activities for kids speaking certain languages Negative - room comfort and aesthetics is close to a 2 star hotel. Very bad mattresses (at least for my back). The air conditioning/heating unit leaked water but was fixed in 15min. We had ants the first day but was dealt with very fast. - few parking spaces, and you might be forced to park somewhere else - check-in / check-out can take a while if you come at a bad time - they could have a set of sand toys which should be borrowed based on a small fee / or guarantee (shovels, buckets, a few cars, etc) - the coffee at breakfast should be better. There are also automated machines that do good coffee. But we’d also be prepared to pay extra for a proper coffee - I agree that it can get loud and could have separated areas for couples without kids Overall a very good hotel for families with smaller children. The rooms need an upgrade fast and I’d love to be able to chose a room also based on the mattress. We paid roughly 260€/night with dinner included which we found fair for the overall package. But if I’d have to pay more I’d want at least a good bed.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Strand. Schöne Pools und ein sehr schöner Außenbereich. In Sommer wird es bestimmt sehr voll aber der Strand ist hier sehr breit.

Sehr schönes Hotel, viel Platz. Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne Zimmer. Direkt am Strand.Super Essen! Viel Abwechslung!
