Reviews of Hotelul de tip boutique Meliá Cala d'Or

Had a very nice stay here last week. The staff are excellent. There was a small issue with the room which Stefan sorted and went above and beyond. Very relaxed week for a couple. Close enough to walk to the restaurants and the beach.

If you want a relaxing vacation and a lovely location then this is the place for you. We have enjoyed four other visits and not been disappointed. A few visits to the restaurants by the harbour and choose your super yacht while you eat is a must.

Nos alojamos en el Meliá Cala d'Or y no podemos estar más satisfechos con el servicio. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal fue increíblemente atento y amable. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Sergio, que nos dió recomendaciones fantásticas de restaurantes y playas. Excelente limpieza de las habitaciones. ¡Volveremos sin dudarlo!

- the room was not like 5 start ms hotels room at all,, personally i rate it 3 stars for the room - the air conditioning were not cold with some humidity and feels wet floors all the time - The service and the staff were so helpful in everything - 2 swimming pool 1 indoor and the other outdoors with jacuzzi - 5 to 10 minutes wall from the beaches - the location of the hotel is near the center but fat from the main city centre ( Palma ) and far from the airport ( 1 hour ) - better to rent a car in case you want to discover Mallorca

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Rooms are as shown in pictures. A bit dated but very comfortable and peaceful, which is a big plus in a busy place like Mallorca. Location is very nice. The hotel is quite understaffed and the service is pretty inconsistent. There is only one person at the front desk. In general the front desk staff could be much more efficient and friendly. Rita at the pool bar is wonderful!
