Leider sind wir mit der Junior Suite, respektive der Aussicht nicht zufrieden. Wir haben nur teils Meerblick und sehen an eine Hauswand! Das erwarten wir bei einer junior Suite nicht! Trotz Meldung wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten, obwohl wir gewillt gewesen wären für diesen einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen. Die Reaktion an der Rezeption war eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Zudem erleben wir jeden Abend live Musik. Für uns wirklich ein grosser Minuspunkt mehr! Die Lautstärke ist hoch und betrifft extrem viele Zimmer! Die Nasszone am Gemeinschaftspool ist kläglich und zum Teil keines 5* würdig. Zudem ist der offizielle Poolbereich sehr eng bestuhlt. Keine Privatsphäre möglich. Um an der Bar Wasser oder andere Getränke zu beziehen, braucht es Geduld, da alles nicht speditiv organisiert ist! Das liegt nicht an den freundlichen Mitarbeitern, sondern am System der Bestellungseingabe. Kleinlich finden wir auch, dass kein kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung steht, ausser 1 Flasche beim Zimmerbezug. Das Personal ist freundlich und gut gelaunt . Trotzdem werden wir keine Wiederholungstäter!

Just spent 5 nights at this great hotel which is set in the hillside with fabulous views. We were AI in a suite with ‘The Level’ upgrade which gave us access to a lounge with drinks and snacks, a separate pool and an ‘a la carte’ breakfast on the terrace. A 5 night stay included one dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, which is well worth visiting. We attended a coffee masterclass, led by the bubbly Leila and a glass jewellery workshop led by a visiting glass artist, these were both included, just had to sign up. All the food was of a high standard in the buffet restaurant, as were the cocktails in the lobby bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, Patrick made sure we were happy with everything. A truly relaxing few days away. We will be back 😊

Pasamos nuestra luna de miel en este hotel y fue todo un acierto. Estuvimos en la suit level con vistas al oceano, la habitación amplísima, la cama enorme y con tres tipos de almohadas de diferentes firmezas para que escogieses la que más te gustase. La atención al detalle en todo momento fue estupenda, nos recibieron con champán y una felicitación, todos los días nos traían agua y chocolatinas lindt, los articulos del baño eran de la marca rituals y teniamos todo tipo de accesorios como zapatillas, cuchillas de afeitar, albornoz... Todo limpisimo, cada mañana se hacía la habitación y nos cambiaban las toallas e incluso las zapatillas. Las vistas al oceano eran estupendas y la insonorización con el resto de habitaciones era genial. El servicio de todo el hotel era increible, el camarero que nos atendía en la piscina, Ramón, era encantador, siempre atento a que no nos faltase de nada. Liset nos recibía por la mañana en el bufett de desayuno siempre aconsejandonos slbre todos los platos. Por otro lado, Altea miembro de Circle fue encantadora, nos aconsejó en todo momento y siempre estaba a nuestras disposición. Desde luego si alguna vez volvemos a Tenerife tenemos claro donde alojarnos.

We are here now and loving our stay. We originally booked through EasyJet Holidays and booked All Inclusive package and we weren’t aware of the Level alll exclusive. Our room 807 has a side sea view and also looks at the pool for the Level alll inclusive. Our room is junior suite and is spacious modern, love the bathroom with a spacious shower. We also have a mini bar which is included and is restocked daily. The room and balcony are fabulous. We didn’t know we could only use a pool which is down the hill it is clear that the Level pool would not be big enough for the whole of the hotel as we tried to use it with our green bands and that’s how we were introduced to the Level which comes with some additional beverages included as well as access to the lounge and discounted food in other restaurants. The level pool is excellent however I wish there was a fridge with cold cans of water or soft drinks. The bar which is next to the pool opens at 10:30 so nothing to drink there. There is an issue with towels there were towels on the loungers but if you wanted to get a dry towel there is no spare towels. Also the towels did not arrive until after 9am… so these are little suggestions for improving the facilities at the level pool. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent quality with a huge selection of salads, roast meat, various dishes that stayed fresh and hot. The soups are delicious- the different choices each day…. Very very good food choices, I would say one of the best buffet food I have ever tasted. The service is fast so nothing to suggest…. The hotel is spotless and our maid has been cleaning our room perfectly so very happy there. One area of improvement is the level lounge the selection of food did not change it was always the same every day so slightly Disappointed there. Overall we are having a blast and will most probably come back again….

Wir hatten Levelservice gebucht. Frühstück bedient und den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Häppchen.
