Hemos esta semana en este gran hotel. Es impresionante su piscina salada, las habitaciones, la decoración, todos los restaurantes, la limpieza y el cuidado de todo. Pero lo que hay que destacar sobre todo es el trato personalizado que te dan. La atención al cliente es de 10. Siempre con una sonrisa, buscando agradar tu estancia. Destacar la atención en Recepción de George y Miguel, en Pangea de Omar y Ángel, y en Oasis de Mohamed y Beatriz. Una atención espectacular. Y también mención a Matías del Club Meliá “Circle”, gracias por su atención. En Meliá es así siempre, esto no falla, y con este marco incomparable de hotel ha sido espectacular. Gracias a todo el equipo por estos días que hemos pasado en vuestro hotel.

The Gran Melia is one of those hotels you see in Hollywood. The place is reassuringly expensive. Child friendly. Staff well trained. Pools to have fun in. One over 200 yards long, no exaggeration. Rooms very very luxuriant all things done tastefully. The best part is I am talking of the "poor man's" side of the hotel. There is an upgrade path to the "Red Level" if required. It is not as the level I experienced was wonderful. I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. I am coming back. Please do not confuse this hotel with a normal 5* hotel. I sit here this morning looking at the Atlantic listening to bird song. Off to a sumptuous breakfast. Another day. Sitting here in the dusky evening feeding the Coy carp(non permisio) from my restaurant table. The rose wine well chilled the buffet experience par excellence. Life is good the hotel excels. Google translate helps but I am on holiday at a truly 5*L hotel. A truly relaxing venue not for everybody as lucky as I am but a place to visit at least once in a lifetime maybe spend a little more than Los Gigantos.

It's out the way but just depends on what you want to do.

Loved this hotel stayed for 2 weeks with my child and partner I was afraid that the service in a 5 star hotel with a child would not be good but the service was excellent all staff members have a lot of time for kids always greeting us when walking past the location of this hotel is beautiful it’s a bit out of the way if everything else very quiet area
