Loved this hotel stayed for 2 weeks with my child and partner I was afraid that the service in a 5 star hotel with a child would not be good but the service was excellent all staff members have a lot of time for kids always greeting us when walking past the location of this hotel is beautiful it’s a bit out of the way if everything else very quiet area

My wife and I are originally from Tenerife and the US, but now we live in San Francisco. Two years ago, we had the joy of getting married at Palacio de Isora, where we celebrated with a three-day wedding event.Having experienced the offerings of both Palacio de Isora and the Abama (Ritz), I can confidently say that Palacio de Isora stands out as the clear winner. The facilities, especially the breathtaking panoramic pool—Europe's longest—and the natural ocean pools, are truly exceptional.Planning a three-day wedding can be overwhelming, and you really rely on the hotel’s team to make everything run smoothly. We had fireworks, a cocktail night, a wedding dinner, a disco—the works. I can’t stress enough how impeccable the service was. Fernando, in particular, was an absolute gem. He masterfully coordinated the food, wine, and drinks, ensuring everything was flawless. His leadership, experience, and dedication were beyond compare.What touched us deeply was Fernando’s personal commitment to our family. Despite being on the verge of his vacation, he chose to stay and support us, particularly because of my mother, who has Alzheimer's. He personally ensured she was well cared for throughout the event, coordinating with the team in such a compassionate and attentive manner.Our stay in a private villa with its own pool as part of the Red Level experience was worth every moment. If you’re planning a visit to Tenerife, I cannot recommend Palacio de Isora highly enough. This place, and the people who make it what it is, are truly special.

Great hotel absolutely everything 5 star standard the only thing that ruined our holiday is stolen money on our last day from the hotel room where only the hotel staff had access other than us. They took it out of a bag in a wallet when our bags were packed and not in a safe. Do use the safe in this hotel!
