This hotel is very friendly. I actually wouldn’t go there if I didn’t have any kids because it’s mostly families that stay there. Location is next to the beach, which is great. Lobby is renovated And nice. The rooms however, are not the most updated but they are very clean and decent. We stayed in a loft suite which was big enough for a family of four. We were facing the street, so it was noisy at night. Staff was very nice and very friendly, It’s unfortunate that I encountered an issue regarding a smelly room and the AC which I only mentioned at the end of our stay…. I was told that the manager was going to email me back, he never did. I actually emailed them and they haven’t replied back. Again, it’s unfortunate because the staff is very nice and it’s not a reflection of them. I would’ve wished for the manager to try and resolve this with me. Customer service follow up is 0

Unless you are visiting with kids, under NO circumstances get a sea/pool view room because it will ruin your stay. It is impossible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the view and maybe a glass of wine as the children play ground is underneath and the scandal and the loudness of whatever game they play is unbearable and super annoying. If you want 1 bed, make sure to call them and ask for it as the emails are not taken into consideration (not our at least). Make sure you change the outdoor sign before going to bed (busy dreaming), as you might have surprises at 8 o'clock in the morning with the cleaning lady coming in and not even apologising, but slaming the door when leaving. The elevators are functional, but they seem as if are from a different century and only 2 for 50 rooms per floor (5 to 7 floors) so in the morning and evening you might feel the rush hour like going and coming from work. The breakfast is very nice, with plenty of choices and enough room, in and outside on the terrace. Lots of green spaces and beautiful plants and the lovely palms 😍 The swimming pool is big and they have many sunbeds, it doesn't seem to be an issue to find available sunbeds. They don't necessarily advertise it as a hotel for families, but most of the customers are families with babies, kids, so be prepared to hear screaming and crying at literally any hour of the day (especially at breakfast). The hotel staff are super nice and friendly, and the 3 stars are mainly for them and the hotel's location.

Hotel enorme, já antigo. Quartos remodelados, mas com caixilharia antiga, o que deixa passar ruído do exterior. Perto da praia. Fornecem água nos quartos. Alimentação com qualidade, mas muito repetitiva. Deveriam variar mais na alimentação. Kids club com muitas actividades, mas zona de jogar futebol muito perigosa, com obstáculos e piso irregular ( aconteceram alguns acidentes durante a nossa estadia).

Skikkelig hyggelig hotell. Bra service og fine rom. Gode fasiliteter ellers. Ligger 150 m fra Alcudiastranden så det er en kjapp spasertur ned dit. Frokostbuffeten er helt innafor og det er mye variert og god mat og hyggelige folk som serverer. Stedet har et flott uteområde med mye gode sitteplasser og trivelig bar. Gode restauranter og butikker med ok priser i nærheten. Hotellet har også sykkel/elsykkelutleie.

Un hotel de 10 limpieza amabilidad..servicios y buffet excelente , hotel tranquilo a 1min de la playa, se aparca bien en los alrededores, recomendable 100%
