Bewertungen von Sol Torremolinos – Don Pedro

Es ist eine schöne Hotelanlage mit vielen Pools. Die Zimmer im Don Pedro sind sehr klein und nicht modern und mit Schäden an der Tür u. an den Wänden, sowie die Fliesen im Bad. Für eine volle All Inkl. Buchung ist es schade das der Mini Kühlschrank nicht gefüllt ist. Eine Klobürste gibt es nicht. Sehr wenig Ablagen im Zimmer. Die Putzkraft hat nicht sehr sauber geputzt. Es ist keine Abwechslung im Essen , hinzu kommt das die Gläser und das Besteck nicht richtig sauber sind. Die Rezeptionisten können kaum deutsch sprechen. Die Rettungsschwimmer haben auch keine richtige Lust zu arbeiten.... Als Tipp , Zimmer im Don Marco buchen . Das ist moderner eingerichtet und einfach öfters auswärts Essen gehen . Man hat hier Möglichkeiten genug. Außerdem hat Torremolinos eine schöne Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften.

Estupendas vacaciones, superaron todas nuestras expectativas. Hemos estado en Don Pablo y Don Pedro y en ambos muy a gusto. Recomendadísim@s y cualquier situación ver a Annie o Enrique (Guest Experience), son quienes hacen de la estancia un lujo total.

Hemos estado una semana muy a gusto en el hotel habitaciones limpias, bufet con variedad de comida y fresca y el personal maravilloso, y a destacar que nos encanta que tengan muy encuenta a los niños y les hagan eventos para ellos mientras los padres puedan estar a gusto y tranquilos viendo el show, todo genial, solo una cosa que vimos un poco la limpieza de las piscinas que tenían muchas partes a falta de limpieza. Por lo demás muy recomendable y repetiremos.

Rooms are small, with dirty walls, and cleaning was not done every day. We left the towels on the floor only once to have them replaced and it was that exact day that the cleaning lady did not come! I found long black hair in the sheets twice, once when I arrived and once after cleaning was done. Hand soap was not replaced throughout a whole week, even if we ran out of it on the first day (there was almost none to begin with). Two of the waiters, a couple of bald guys, were extremely angry all the time, talking to themselves like crazy and slamming stuff while preparing our table for 5 or when cleaning the tables. The rest of the staff, reception, cooks, and dining, were very polite, but visibly tired. This season must have gotten to them from the looks of it.
