Thank you very much, for everything, I loved the wee touch as it was my birthday on the arrival which was November 1st. You made us feel welcome the location was good, We did plenty of walking. The only thing that could have been better was the weather but we made the most of it. We loved that we could go into the other hotels rather than our own and we can go to the lifts or stairs to the others. Thanks again. From Kevin and Lesley Plunkett. Xxx

Hotel dentro de un resort muy grande y bonito. El problema al menos para mí, es la horrorosa dirección del resort. La gente que trabaja allí es maravillosa y muy atenta. Pero llegamos justo un día o dos antes de los "ajustes" que hacen de verano a invierno. Problema, que los trabajadores iban como pollo sin cabeza. Cuando entras al hotel te dan un mapa del resort y un QR que te da toda la información de horarios y sitios (piscinas, restaurantes, bares, espectáculos, etc.), nosotros teníamos contratado un todo incluido, los horarios del QR del todo incluido y los de los restaurantes no coincidían, habían sitios cerrados, a los cuáles te dirigían, y estaban cerrados hasta el verano del año que viene. Dentro de este desastre Obras en el hotel Don Pablo, cierre de piscinas, cierre de restaurante, para unificar todo en uno, un rodaje de cine a la entrada con las molestias que esto produce, sobre todo de aparcamiento. Y por último y que también se nota mucho, el ajuste de personal.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très serviable, choix au petit déjeuner vraiment Très grand, la chambre est propre et faite régulièrement. Manque de frein au porte (on entends claquer régulièrement, manque d insonorisation mais ce n'est pas dramatique, le rapport/qualité/prix pour cet Hôtel est vraiment très correct.

The hotels location is amazing. The food is excellent. One of the best half boards ive ever seen. U can find everything. Generously good fresh food with huge variety. Best best dinner and breakfast, helpfull staff. The only negative point i can mention is that although the hotel has several pools but they are almost impossible to use. The water smells extremely chlorine and water was too cold. I wish u had better measurements for your guests so they can even use the pools during little colder seasons. The indor pool was dirty and chlorines didnt let us go in. The room temp was too high and when we called the reception they explained that its because the season has changed( im writing this review on 8th november while Malaga had a temp around 30 degrees and almost 17 during night. I wish we could make the room a bit colder. We had to open the balconies door and we were bitten dramatically. The ceiling of wc was licking too.
