“Un séjour absolument magnifique ! L’hôtel est somptueux, avec une vue à couper le souffle et des couchers de soleil tout simplement incroyables. Les chambres sont impeccables, la piscine est superbe et l’ensemble des installations est parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider. Mention spéciale à kacy pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son aide tout au long de mon séjour. Un grand merci également à l’équipe du rooftop Savanna. La nourriture y est délicieuse et les cocktails sont tout simplement incroyables ! Le service y est tout aussi remarquable, avec une équipe toujours souriante et attentionnée. “Adorámos o hotel, tem uma vista incrível, fica bem localizado, não fica no meio da confusão, abunda o silêncio. A limpeza também é boa e o hotel é moderno e encontra-se com boas instalações. Os colaboradores são simpáticos e prestativos com realce nos colaboradores do restaurante Amadeo. O único ponto menos positivo foi a comida pois não varia. No pequeno-almoço é sempre a mesma e não tem muita variedade. Nos almoços e jantares a comida é ótima tem qualidade mas também são sempre os mesmos menus, deveriam variar os menus ao longo da semana pois a pessoa tem sempre de repetir os pratos ao longo de 1 semana.”See more reviews

“It’s a very nice hotel with incredible service and friendly staff. However, it feels more like a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one.The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the main promenade where all the cafes are, right at the very end of the waterfront. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this location is a big plus. But if you prefer having everything within easy walking distance, it is quite far.There is a rooftop swimming pool with a bar, which is really nice and offers a great view of the sea. They also have a small beach with sunbeds and towels for hotel guests. Just note that the beach is not right in front of the hotel—it is about a 5-minute walk away and is quite small.The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The food selection was very poor. The coffee machine was out of order for two days. Although the staff served coffee upon request instead, it was very inconvenient to ask them every single time you wanted a cup. Also, the baked cakes and croissants tasted like they were made from frozen dough. For a 5-star hotel, they should at least be freshly prepared or bought from a local bakery.That being said, the staff really did their best and truly improved our overall impression of the hotel.”See more reviews
