This resort had a wonderful pool, a wonderful water park, excellent beach access. My family and I as well as our friends really enjoyed many of the amenities. We all agreed that the beds were terrible. Food was pretty good. Service was very inconsistent. The listing says gratuities are included however, it almost seemed that if you wanted any service at all that tipping was expected.

Muy lindas las habitaciones, la comida muy rica en el restaurante "Tepanyaki" la comida estuvo deliciosa! Muchas gracias a los Chef Hugo Diaz y a Manaces Ramos. Disfrute mucho la platica y la preparación. Así como la atención del bar tender.
