“Das Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto liegt natürlich sehr praktisch direkt am Flughafen und eignet sich gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Die Ankunft wirkte allerdings etwas nüchtern und wenig herzlich. Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen – wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Auch das Abendessen sowie das Frühstücksbuffet waren solide und absolut ok. Leider wurde der insgesamt ordentliche Eindruck durch den sehr schlechten Service deutlich getrübt. Für ein Flughafenhotel erwartet man eigentlich einen verlässlichen Shuttle-Service zu jeder Tageszeit oder zumindest Unterstützung bei der Organisation einer Alternative. Als wir für den nächsten Tag gegen 14:00 Uhr einen Shuttle zum Flughafen nutzen wollten, wurde uns lediglich knapp mitgeteilt, dass der Shuttle erst wieder ab 16:00 Uhr fährt. Es wurde weder eine Alternative angeboten noch Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Lösung. Gerade bei einem Flughafenhotel hätten wir hier deutlich mehr Service und Kundenorientierung erwartet. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider spürbar negativ beeinflusst.”See more reviews
