Honestly, I’m truly happy because I wasn’t expecting such a high level of care and service. Miguel and his colleague on March 25th were incredibly kind to me and my colleagues. They welcomed us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude that made us feel immediately comfortable something we deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is wonderful: the room was spotless, and the central location makes everything so easy and convenient. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, but what touched me the most was the special attention they gave me. They went out of their way with a thoughtful gesture offering me a small cake and a large bottle of water. It may seem simple, but it truly meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. This hotel doesn’t just offer great service, it offers genuine kindness. It truly deserves its 5 stars. Fuimos cuatro personas al brunch y quedamos encantados con la experiencia. El palacio es precioso,un brunch estilo buffet al que no le falta de nada y la atención de todo el personal 10/10. Esperando ya por la próxima visita. Muy recomendable
