“El hotel espectacular todo muy bien. Lo malo es el servicio de parking ya que es un parking nefasto y muy caro para lo que es. No pudimos sacar el coche por la noche porque el espacio entre plazas es nulo. (Translated by Google) The hotel was spectacular, everything was great. “Honestly, I’m truly happy because I wasn’t expecting such a high level of care and service. Miguel and his colleague on March 25th were incredibly kind to me and my colleagues. They welcomed us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude that made us feel immediately comfortable something we deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is wonderful: the room was spotless, and the central location makes everything so easy and convenient. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, but what touched me the most was the special attention they gave me. They went out of their way with a thoughtful gesture offering me a small cake and a large bottle of water. It may seem simple, but it truly meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. This hotel doesn’t just offer great service, it offers genuine kindness. It truly deserves its 5 stars.
