Estuvimos a finales de agosto- principios de septiembre de 2025 y la estancia en familia transcurrió estupendamente, desde la animación, instalaciones hasta la localización privilegiada del hotel. Lo que sí quiero destacar especialmente es la atención del personal, sobre todo la amabilidad y buen hacer de Fran, responsable de sala del restaurante buffet, Calero y el Resident Manager del hotel, Javier Rodríguez. entertainment is good with some very good acts brought in. it is an extremely noisy hotel - hard to have a conversation in the restaurant or bar due to very loud groups of mainly male golfers who shout to each other all night and drag the furniture incredibly loudly which makes hearing the entertainment difficult but staff will step in when asked. air fresheners so strong my eyes sting so could be toned down a little. staff struggle to keep up with demand in the restaurant at peak times, so sometimes have to wait for popular dishes. the gym is quite basic with some broken equipment, inadequate unless you only do cardio. staff are friendly and professional, although clearly over stretched. the proximity to the beach is great though and overall a good hotel especially if you like golf, tennis, or football.

Hemos estado el fin de semana del 14 de marzo de paso, con pensión completa, y salimos de allí habiendo reservado este verano una semana completa, porque la experiencia ha sido increíble. Nos ha encantado, todo en general, pero quiero hacer mención a dos personas, RAMÓN, camarero en sala, hacía tiempo que no veía a alguien disfrutar con su trabajo (en todo momento recomendándonos y atento a que no nos falte nada, pero dándonos nuestro espacio... No sé, es un máquina en lo que hace ) y FRAN, cocinero en la plancha ese sábado noche, prácticamente él nos convenció de volver en verano junto a más familiares, hombre amable y atento también. The rooms, services and food here are all great. Parking is an extra payment of €12 a night. From what I can see we picked a hotel where it’s difficult to walk to shops or bars but don’t take my word for it it’s only my first morning here. Staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s nice as long as you can drive.
