“Un hotel de 5 estrellas que realmente no ofrece un servicio de 5 estrellas. Estuvimos en una junior suite (que realmente era una habitación grande no suite) con falta de mantenimiento general: terraza sucia y con mobiliario muy deteriorado, mini bar vacío, la barra del toallero se caía constantemente ...Hicimos uso del spa y nos encontramos con unas instalaciones defectuosas: el baño turco no funcionaba, las duchas frio-caliente tampoco, en el vestuario masculino,el secador tampoco iba y así, varias cosas. En cuanto al desayuno buffet, tampoco estaba a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría: no era muy variado, la bollería seca y de mala calidad,... Nos sorprendió que siendo un puente y en plena celebración de las Cruces, el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío. En definitiva, a pesar de ser muy bonito , está muy descuidado aunque si debo decir que el personal fue muy amable.”See more reviews

“Un gran Hotel a escasos 8 km (14 minutos) de la Alhambra y 5 km (9 minutos) del Centro Comercial Nevada. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, con muchas posibilidades por el SPA que tiene asi como muchos lugares para visitar en menos de 15 minutos. La habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y cuentan con todos los servicios. “Atención recibida en recepción, comedor y cafetería muy buena. Magnificas Instalaciones, todo muy limpio, habitaciones muy amplias, pero los servicios no corresponden a un hotel de 5 estrellas El desayuno bastante pobre, de poca calidad y muy poca variedad. Bollería industrial, con algunos productos en las típicas bolsitas de plástico que te dan en algunas cafeterías, ausencia total de productos de repostería (bizcochos, magdalenas caseras, muffins, etc.). Poquísima variedad en panadería, fruta, frutos secos y yogures (solamente yogures envasados de los que se compran en los supermercados), el 2º día tampoco había ningún tipo de frutos secos o cereales. Las habitaciones amplias, pero muy “desangeladas” y nada cómodas para descansar, que es lo que se espera de este tipo de hoteles. En el cuarto de baño, ausencia total de accesorios de aseo personal, ni gorros de ducha, esponjitas desmaquilladoras o pastilla de jabón, únicamente gel de ducha y champú en botes con dispensador. Lo que nos hizo falta lo tuvimos que pedir en recepción. Siento esta crítica tan negativa, pero yo iba a un hotel de 5 estrellas y este no da la talla”See more reviews
