The customer service was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect. My room had a gorgeous view of Madrid. Overall, a short but pleasant stay! “We stayed at Melia Madrid Princesa for the Madrid part of our honeymoon, and it was a beautiful stay. Our room on 11th floor had a great view, we liked the double sinks in the bathroom. We loved the cold cucumber water and candy snacks in the afternoon after we had a busy morning and went back to our room to freshen up. A nice touch, cool detail. Staff was friendly, perfect English to accommodate our struggle Spanish. They sent us chocolate covered strawberries, currants and champagne as a honeymoon gift to our room, very sweetums. The location being next to the Ventura Rodriguez metro stop is incredible. We did not pay for the breakfast since we were looking to try different breakfasts around the city. Indoor pool is a cool amenity but we did not utilize it this trip.”See more reviews
