Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights in June and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic, amazing lovely friendly staff 24/7 couldn't help us enough, booked any activities around we wanted to do also, Room service is done every 2 days here, it's a very quiet hotel in a quiet area at night time. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and surrounded with shops and restaurants, I recommend the Grill House and the siso bar for food!

Everything positive with regard to cleanliness, staff and location I fully concur with. I checked out some of the 1, 2 star reviews and noticed that most were from 4+ years ago and anything recent I didn't identify with at all. The client profile is, in the main, 40+ years. If you're interested in how the other half do holidays then the hot centre of Magaluf is a mere 20 mins stroll away. Very frequent bus service at the back gate of the hotel.
