“Enjoyed my 6 night stay in the oceanfront villa. My children fell in love with this resort and are begging for another stay Accommodation: The villa itself was very nice, modern, clean, and up to date. We enjoyed being oceanfront rather than beachfront. We still had a great view, privacy, and easy beach access. 2 bikes were included and made it easy to access the resort. Food: All food and drinks were amazing. We enjoyed Breeza and Gaia pool bar daily. Huge thanks to waitress Tuyen and bartender Hua. Their kindness was welcoming. I loved the breakfast buffet at Sasa, great options. Activities: as all inclusive guests, there were so many activities we got to do for free like cooking class, mixology class and more. Worth every penny and kid friendly. Spa: was disappointed the spa was under construction and wish that was made known beforehand as there’s a big push for wellness at the resort. We got massages in the dedicated spa replacement villas and although the massages were good, would have rather had the full spa experience Housekeeping did a great job with their turn down service and daily cleaning. All staff around the resort treated us so well we are considering a return trip soon. Used private transportation and the 2.5-3hr drive is exhausting but the drivers did their best to move us through the city. My two complaints are outside the resort which was the Vung Tau tour + Hamptons peir. The tour was just not that fun and seemed a bit rushed. Would prefer other guided sights to be included to see in Vung Tau instead of the monument that was closed/difficult to climb in the 90degree heat and the museum that was quick and small. The pier was deserted with many up and coming shops but really nothing to do there/not worth the walk. Overall great resort for a luxury experience.”

“Khu nghỉ dưỡng đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ và view đẹp. Lễ tân linh động cho check in sớm, có xe bus từ HCM thuận tiện. Đồ ăn ở các nhà hàng đều ngon và đa dạng. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên ở nhà hàng buffet sáng không thân thiện và nhiệt tình lắm. Đặc biệt khi chồng mình ra hỏi 1 bạn nữ xin lấy cái thìa để ăn phở thì bạn trả lời đã set up ở bàn rồi mà, sau đó đi lấy đưa cho chồng mình nhưng không nói năng gì luôn. Tổng thể thì mình vẫn đánh giá 5 sao. Nhưng trải nghiệm dịch vụ nói chung thì cũng chưa thật sự hài lòng lắm.”

“Our family of four adults signed up every morning at the hotel reception for Tai Chi, Yoga, and Stretching classes at the Melia hotel. The sessions were led alternately by two instructors, both of whom demonstrated a high level of professionalism in these practices. We would especially like to highlight instructor Tihn. He showed exceptional attention to each participant, carefully correcting movements, explaining techniques, and demonstrating exercises until everyone understood and performed them correctly. The sessions were not limited to the scheduled 30 minutes and often lasted a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that Tihn genuinely enjoyed what he was doing and took great satisfaction in seeing the group benefit from and enjoy the classes. As a result, we not only improved physically but also left each session with a great mood and a sense of well-being. Thank you very much for these wonderful classes!”

“Пляж огромный, но там не поплавать толком. Волны слишком сильные. А так место очень интересное! Буфет масштабный, территория большая, все ухожено. Даже есть бесплатный трансфер из второго района, но им не пользовались, далеко живем.”

“정말 럭셔리 하고 멋진 숙소입니다. 안에서 다 해결할 수 있습니다. 음식도 맛있고 액티비티 활동도 다양하니 좋습니다. 수영장 및 바다도 있고 넓어서 산책하기도 너무 좋습니다. 자연친화적이여서 벌레와 도마뱀이 많지면 이것도 너무 즐겁습니다. 당황했던건 욕실에 도마뱀이랑 만난점입니다”

“Có thể nói trải nghiệm về dịch vụ ở đây ko xứng với giá tiền mình bỏ ra. Mình muốn nêu vài điểm sau để resort có thể khắc phục và ngày càng trở nên hoàn thiện hơn: 1. Starbucks: nếu k thể giữ được chất lượng SB như standard thì ko nên mở quầy vì ko nghĩ có một ngày bạn uống ly SB pha chế bằng máy!!! Và nó dở tệ! 2. Welcome drinks: Resort cũng 4-5* nhỉ…nhưng check in thì phải tự đi lấy nước uống từ những bình nước được đặt sẵn ở bàn thay vì được nv mang đến như welcome drinks ở những resort khác. 3. Nhà hàng: mình có đến uống cocktails ở nhà hàng cạnh bãi biển, bước vào ko một nhân viên nào tiếp và hỏi han để dẫn đến bàn trống mà phải tự đi tìm bàn trống. Ngồi một hồi ko có nv nào đến hỏi cũng phải tự đi tìm nv để nhận order, rồi nv đến hỏi “bàn chị có menu chưa chị”!!! Ủa em? Vì đã ăn tối nên mình chỉ gọi khoai tây chiên với rượu vang và cocktails nhưng…khoai tây chiên cháy khét mà rất mặn. 4. Ca sĩ hát phục vụ khách ăn tối thì ko thể dở hơn… Thật sự ko hiểu ressort tầm này mà sao lại cast hời hợt thế cơ. Điểm cộng duy nhất mình thích ở đây là ko gian nhiều cây xanh, cảnh quan đẹp và những người thích chạy bộ như mình sẽ rất happy. Mình mong resort sẽ cải thiện để hoàn chỉnh hơn vì mỗi tháng mình hay đến nghỉ dưỡng ở Intercon và lần đầu trải nghiệm Melia mà mình thật sự thích ko gian ở đây nhưng thất vọng về chất lượng dịch vụ.”

“Beautiful resort, misleading “all inclusive” package – disappointing experience booking through Luxury Escapes. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and the physical property is hard to fault. However, our experience was let down significantly by the package sold through Luxury Escapes, which we feel was misleading. The “all inclusive” offering is not truly all inclusive. Food options were limited, and multiple items on the included menu (including oysters and scallops) were repeatedly unavailable throughout our stay. Strangely, we were told certain items weren’t available, yet saw other guests being served them. Substitutions were only offered on our final day, which felt far too late. Drink options were also restricted to basic local spirits and a couple of cocktails, which is not what most travellers would expect from an all-inclusive package. Service recovery was slow and reactive rather than proactive. After raising concerns early in our stay, meaningful gestures weren’t made until the very end, which gave the impression issues were being delayed rather than resolved. We also had ongoing issues with the shuttle service. The package states transfers, it encourages the flights we booked so when trying to arrange a transfer to the hotel from our flight we were told we would need to wait almost 8 hours. We ended up booking our own car there but when we tried to book our transfer back (5 days in advance) were initially told it was fully booked. After multiple conversations we were eventually placed on a transfer that was only half full?! This added to the overall frustration and inconsistency of communication. One particularly uncomfortable aspect was that on several occasions, staff asked us to order additional food for them. This felt unprofessional and put us in an awkward position as guests. While the resort itself is beautiful, the experience did not match what was advertised. If you are considering booking this deal through Luxury Escapes, be aware that the inclusions may not align with expectations of a true “all inclusive” stay. Overall, we would not recommend this package in its current form, and strongly encourage Luxury Escapes to revise how it is marketed to better reflect the actual experience.”

“Hai vợ chồng mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Melia. Mình thực sự đã có những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại đây từ con người đến thiên nhiên. Nhân viên từ bảo vệ, lễ tân, quản lý đều rất thân thiện nhiệt tình nhất là hai bạn ở khu vực hồ bơi, vui tính và chụp cho vợ chồng mình nhiều bức ảnh đẹp. Khuôn viên rộng, nhiều cây xanh mát mẻ rất hợp với mình, bể bơi nước ấm rất thích Ăn sáng ngon, buổi tối vợ chồng mình ăn tại nhà hàng sát biển, món nướng thịt bò ngay tại quầy, pizza, mì cua, salat rất ngon. Gió biển lồng lộng rất là chill Ngoài ra còn nhiều hoạt động thể thao, vui chơi cho cả người lớn và trẻ con Mùa này đi đa phần là khách nước ngoài, số lượng vắng hơn mùa cao điểm nên phục vụ và không gian cho mình cảm giác thư giãn Mình viết hơi dài chút vì lần đầu đến Hồ Tràm và rất thích nơi đây, chắc sẽ hữu ích cho ai đó cần tìm hiểu thông tin và đánh giá thực tế Resort Nhất định sẽ quay lại nữa khi đến Hồ Tràm”

“Very high quality all-inclusive resort worth the money I booked two pool villas. One was a honeymoon gift for someone. - Spotless rooms and manicured resort - Delicious restaurants and an all inclusive package that’s actually worth it (lots options on the menu) - Staff is extremely flexible and attentive to all your requests (even did complimentary romantic decor for the honeymoon couple) - The hotel saved our butts and found a way for us to get ferrys/ flights (even a helicopter option) to a non-refundable hotel stay on Con Dao island While all the staff were incredible, specifics we’d like to thank Azura and Jennie for their professionalism and hard effort in making our stay at Melia one of the best experiences we had in Vietnam.”

“I had an amazing stay at Meliá Hồ Tràm Beach Resort and honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. The resort is beautifully designed with lots of greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a quick escape from the city. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with a stunning ocean view. What impressed me the most was the service: the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the private beach is clean and perfect for a relaxing walk in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, all well-prepared and delicious. Overall, everything from facilities to service truly meets 5-star standards. I would definitely come back for another stay!”

“Villa sát biển view đẹp. Hồ bơi private khá tốt, nước sạch, hồ bơi level tạm ổn, hồ bơi chính rất rộng, bãi biển đc dọn dẹp thường xuyên nên khá mịn và sạch. Công tác maintenance tốt.”
