Khách sạn đẹp, nhân viên xe đẹp ( Chị Vui ) thân thiện, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khách hàng. Ngoài ra không gian của khách sạn xanh sạch đẹp, thoáng mát, chill :))

We stayed in a pool villa for 8 nights in November 24. Villa was amazing with great amenities. We had a level one package that included daily replenishment of drinks and certain snacks. Villa was maintained daily and there was a night time turn down service. The level one package means you're a VIP, making meals and drinks inclusive from a seperate inclusive menu at 3 restaurants and from pool bars, except meals were not available in the level pool bar, which was a bit odd. Most staff were fantastic and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary spa massages which were sublime. The gym was adequate. Food was great and at Sassa restaurant the food at lunch was exquisite. We like to recommend the yoga instructor Hoai, who made me very limber with her classes. We would like to also commend the wait staff at Muoi Vietnamese restaurant, especially the very friendly and helpful Xui and Giang, who made our dining experience exceptional. I like to thank the GM, Hang, who was always walking around the resort to make sure all was well, she made us feel very special. Thank you to the Melia Ho Tram Resort and staff, fantastic location , amenities and vibe. Great place to drop and flop.

There's a nice restaurant in Melia Ho Tram resort is Muối (Muoi) restaurant. Woa, a nice place with excellent services! The staffs are so nice, all the time, they must be trained carefully I think. Especially is Trinh, She is very thoughtful, sophisticated and always welcomes customers with a bright smile 🙂 I'll come back here soon! 👍

Hotel có view rất chill và thuận tiện tắm biển. Môi trường xanh và yên tỉnh. Lễ tân nhiệt tình- niềm nở, hướng dẫn tận tình. Nhà hàng Muối, món ăn ngon và nhân viên phục vụ chu đáo, vui vẻ (ấn tượng sâu sắc là Miss Trinh). Mình sẽ trở lại lần sau nơi này. Tuyệt vời!
