Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dieser Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach verdient es nicht vier Sterne, sondern drei. Die Zimmer weisen zahlreiche Mangel auf, insbesondere auf den Balkone. Trotz zweimaliger Reklamationen werden diese nicht behoben. Darüber hinaus sind die Nachbarzimmer und die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk, deutlich hörbar. Das Essen ist nicht gut zubereitet und es scheint, dass jeden Tag das gleiche angeboten wird zu erwähnen, ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Für mich war es eine Enttäuschung, dass ich diese Hotel bereit vor ein Jahr ins Auge gefasst hatte. Die Bilder sehen…

Brilliant hotel, we stayed in the summer holidays with our 4 young children. Very clean, friendly staff, facilities great, kids club is excellent. Drinks at the bar are lovely especially the frozen mango daiquiri! Reasonably priced compared to town bars the hotel bar was cheaper. We stayed half board and the food choice was brilliant plenty of variety. 5 min walk to everything - beach, town, bars. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - thankyou!! Can’t wait to return!

It’s a nice place, but really crowded with families, even in early September. It feels like a cruise ship and so although it’s a nice place, I wouldn’t recommend it for couples…unless you want to get a front row seat to child chaos. The staff is very nice, professional and polite. Top notch actually! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good with a great variety of choices. We never ate dinner here as we liked the selection of Chiringuitos along the beach. We stayed 4 nights and felt like it was very reasonably priced!

We've just got back from a family holiday here. I'll make it short, but to the point. Pros; - The rooms are clean, air Conditioned and spacious. - The pools are great for kids and adults. - Across the road from the beach. - Customer service was second to none all week. - The evening entertainment was brilliant. - A good selection of All Inclusive drinks. Cons; - The "sports bar" doesn't have a working bar because "it hasn't been open for ages" they said. - The pool doesn't open until 10am. - The restaurant is far too busy. Full of people with no manners. - We asked several members of staff at meal time for another drink for our child, only for it to be forgotten about 3-4 times. - The food was pretty much the same thing served, every day. - Location is quite a walk from the centre if that's what you're wanting. Overall, a very nice, clean family friendly hotel, with good facilities. But the food and certain aspects of the hotel somewhat to be desired. I would recommend, however, I wouldn't personally go back with a family of 5.
