Preis Leistung Verhältnis war gut . Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl. Altstadt,Loro Park und Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Leider ist es etwas laut. Ansonsten alles okay

No entiendo estas reseñas negativas:el hotel es justo lo que ofrecen,buen desayuno habitaciónes grande y limpias y personal muy amable y profesional,como en toda la isla,la ubicación es buena y la piscina también, si vuelvo a la isla repito, el único pero es el gel del baño y la presión del agua, pero lo demás perfecto. P.D: Hagan el favor de poner escobillas en los W.C (va por todos los hoteles de la isla) gracias.

Oto Twoja opinia po hiszpańsku: El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, justo al lado de la playa. Por un lado hay vistas al océano y por el otro al volcán. Nos dieron una habitación muy buena con doble balcón, desde el cual podíamos disfrutar de ambas vistas al mismo tiempo. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero lamentablemente les falta mantenimiento. Pasamos frío por la noche porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y tuvimos que pedir mantas adicionales. Es un hotel más bien para dormir que para pasar tiempo en la habitación. El desayuno es muy variado, aunque la calidad es más bien media. Un gran punto a favor es el cocinero que prepara huevos al momento.
