“Estuvimos en el mes de septiembre, no es un hotel nuevo pero las habitaciones estan muy limpias, las camas cómodas, es cierto que no estaría mal que hicieran reformas pero hemos estado cómodos y todo muy limpio. Elegimos desayuno incluido, perfecto con todo lo necesario y hacían huevos revueltos o tortilla al momento al igual que tortitas por eso al final elegimos también contratar comidas y cenas que tenían comida nueva a la plancha hecha al momento. El trato de todo el personal increíble, sobre todo quienes nos atendieron en el restaurante Sebas, Gema, Leti, Agostina, Zuleima y muy especialmente a RUBEN que siempre fue muy atento y servicial. En el lobby había música en vivo, muy ameno para pasar el rato en sus mesas y sofás, genial para ir con niños. La piscina pequeña y limpia pero no la utilizamos porque el agua estaba fría en la fecha en la que fuimos. El hotel cerca de una playa, pudimos ir caminando a loro parque sin problema unos 15 minutos aproximadamente. Hay un supermercado cerca, el único inconveniente es donde aparcar, hay que dar bastantes vueltas para encontrar sitio, el hotel no cuenta con aparcamiento. Muy buena relación calidad precio, sin duda volveríamos.”

“My partner and I just got back from a week here and had a truly wonderful time. We arrived at midnight due to flight times and the staff had left us a dinner to have when we arrived which was a fabulous touch. We’ve seen mixed reviews and I think it’s fair to clarify - 1. Yes it’s correct that it’s not 4* in terms of decor and quality of rooms/furniture. But anyone who has travelled 4*/expected that, must have had a clue based on the price of the hotel versus other truly 4* alternatives. 2. It was spotless, the staff cleaned meticulously every day. Even saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the balcony rungs! 3. The reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and super helpful. 4. The location is fantastic. 5. The half board option for food was varied and offered plenty of breakfast, dinner and dessert options. I’ve seen people complain about having to pay for drinks during the dinner service… the coffees and sparkling waters are €2… exceptionally cheap! Especially when comparing that to UK prices. So I’m unsure what the problem was here for those complaining. 6. As someone who can’t sleep through even the hint of noise, I can confirm I slept better than I have anywhere else abroad. It was silent and the beds were extremely comfortable. 7. The shower and bath water pressure were excellent and the water would get super hot if that’s your preference. 8. The pool area and palm trees are well maintained and in May there were plenty of sun loungers available. 9. The view of the sea/beach and sports grounds from our room was glorious. The things we agree that could improve the hotel in certain areas would be having some music on in the hotel bar / pool area and just touching up the paint work around light fittings in rooms and ensuring cracked chairs on the balcony were replaced. Other than that it was fantastic and we’d happily stay again!”

“Расположение отличное, первая линия океана + пешком можно везде дойти или же до автовокзала пару минут. Если арендовать машину то тоже в пару минутах ходьбы парковка большая и бесплатная ( но места там только утром и вечером ) Отличный вид с любого номера ( по крайней мере 6-7 этажа где мы были) Еда неплохая, на каждый ужин были морепродукты всегда разные, но завтраки как будто бы одинаковые. Ремонт средненький конечно но нам там только ночевать нужно было поэтому в целом за свои деньги отлично. Поселение в номер как будто бы с 15 но нас приняли без проблем в 7 утра, поэтому без проблем ставлю 5 звёзд.”

“Almost the same experience as Paul.. Communal areas such as pool area and lobby are clean and look new but rooms are appalling. We stayed in room 116. On our second to last day the bathroom ceiling started leaking. We informed reception immediately and they acted instandly but unsatisfactory… I personally think the plumbing is done bad or is old. It leaked whilst we were taking a shower, making it look like the water came from above.. anyway.. Location is quite good with bars and restaurants only a 10 min walk away. Loro parque zoo is only a 20 minute walk in the other direction. And the nice chica playa is only 5min walk. But also right across the street there is policia municipal and next door is the cimetary.. The maids and staff working in the restaurant are fantastic and do a great job but the rooms are so dated, the floors so scratched, and the furniture so chipped and old that it never felt truly clean. The restaurant is located in the cellar, with low ceiling and no openings as where the extreem NOISE from all the people and the trolleys can’t leave.. making it so hard to make a nice conversation or want you to sit any longer than strictly necessary. The food is okay, nothing to cheer about. There are no extra facilities at the hotel aside from a pool and bar. "Entertainment " is provided on a night which is usually some singer with a casio keyboard. The average age of the guests was 70+ and mostly because of the few kids (4) under 10 Very nice was the late night dinner as we arrived at 03.00hrs they specially made for us and others (who came even later)”
