Para ser un Melia 5 *deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones son feas, en mal estado las cortinas, los muebles, todo muy viejo.El baño de los años 70. Las vistas buenísimas.Las tres playas que hay frente al hotel cerradas. La piscina pequeña y la socorrista muy antipática . El buffet desayuno y la cena abundante y variado ,pero más tarde de las 21:00 ya no había muchas de las cosas para cenar. Espectáculos todas las noches amenos y variados. Increíble como un Meliá este tan poco cuidado. La.limpieza buena.

We went to Sol last week and enjoyed every minute. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good for buffet style with plenty of variety. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was great for enjoying some winter sun. The location was also great for the beach (5 mins), Loro Parque (15 mins), and town centre (20 mins.)

Nice and clean. We were half board. The breakfast and evening meal was good. The beds are quite firm, too firm for me. A bit outdated. No kettle or fridge in the rooms. I dont think i would stay here again.

Una localización perfecta cerca del centro y al lado de la playa. Hotel sencillo recientemente renovado. Zonas comunes amplias, limpias, con animación por las noches y un bar animado en zona lobby. La piscina es más que suficiente, bien mantenida, rodeada de vegetación y con servicio de bar y tumbonas. Una muy buena opción en Puerto de la Cruz.
