“Une expérience parfaite aussi bien au niveau du service que de l'emplacement. Nous avions une chambre familiale, les lits sont de bonne qualité, la chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Un petit bémol sur les rangements, pas assez nombreux lorsque l'on reste plusieurs jours à 4. Le service en salle de petit déjeuner est généreux, l'équipe du petit déjeuner est bienveillante. Un grand merci à Paco pour son amabilité et son énergie positive : "enchantée Paco 😁" (Translated by Google) A perfect experience in terms of both service and location. We had a family room; the beds were good quality, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was functional. “Hemos venido ya varias veces. La ubicación es estupenda muy cerca de paradas de transporte público. El desayuno está muy bien, las camas y almohadas son cómodas y no se escucha mucho ruido por las noches. Al estar en Gran Vía tienes todo lo que necesitas muy cerca.”See more reviews

“Hotel en plena Gran Vía a la altura de Plaza España. Han sido muy amables tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo con el que he coincidido. El desayuno justito en variedad y en calidad, muy bien la fruta y los yogures, lo demás mejorables. Muy bien el gimnasio. En cuanto a la habitación, es grande, bien de espacio en el armario, colchón cómodo, las almohadas finísimas e incómodas, la chica de pisos me dijo que me dejaban otra y fenomenal. Lo peor es que la cortina de noche no cubre bien la ventana y entra mucha luz. Además se oye todo de las habitaciones de al lado y del pasillo y de la calle. En concreto la habitación en la que estaba daba a un mercado en la parte de atrás de Gran Vía, a partir de las 5 de la mañana se oían los camiones de descarga del mercado y camiones de la basura. La verdad es que no se puede dormir nada entre el ruido y la luz.”See more reviews
