Los de recepción son muy amables, el hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada muy cerca de todo lo bonito del centro, se puede llegar caminando sin tema. Las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Excelente ubicación, muy linda habitación, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Realmente muy buena opción en calidad-precio, el servicio de habitación excelente. Me hubiera gustado que estuviera incluido el desayuno, creo que fue lo único que hubiera faltado. Me alojé hace unos años, en 2021, y el hombre que me atendió en recepción cuando llegué tarde en la noche no fue muy simpático, pero el resto del personal sí lo fue. Le faltó frigobar a la habitación. Estaría bueno además que estuviera mejor identificado en la puerta porque no se distingue cual hotel es cuál, quizá ahora ya lo tenga pero en su momento recuerdo que me fue confuso de encontrar en la noche al llegar.
