I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Me Malta by Meliá in St. Julian’s, Malta. The hotel itself is top-notch, with incredibly clean and well-maintained rooms. The pool area is stunning, offering fantastic views that really make for a relaxing time. The top terrace restaurant is a highlight, with a great ambiance and high-quality drinks and food. I also want to give a special shout-out to Candella at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful with all my concierge needs. I stayed for four nights and can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and give it a well-deserved five-star rating!

ME Malta by Meliá in St. Julian’s – kein Fundament, sondern ein Puls, der direkt aus dem Glasgerüst der Moderne dringt. Es steht seit 2025 im Mercury Tower, diskret in den Himmel gewoben, 20 Etagen südliches Licht, das durch Balkone über die Marina streift. Der Zugang gleicht einem Flüstern – öffentlich und doch intim: Rezeption auf der 7., und man spürt sofort, dass Routine hier keine Option ist. 175 Räume, keine Nummern, sondern Bühnen. Betten mit Premium-Linern, Badezimmer, die nicht nur Badewanne, sondern Bühne für Wasser sind. Balkone, die Blickachsen auf St. George’s Bay öffnen, Logistik für Laptop, Kaffee, Sehnsucht – alles zugänglich, wortlos exakt. Das Spa wirkt wie ein Echo aus dem Jahr 2025: Sauna, Massage, Indoorpool – Elemente, die Körper in Einklang bringen, ohne es anzukündigen. Darüber Thront eine Rooftop-Terrasse, nicht als Aussicht, als Versprechen. Drei Restaurants – „Luciano by Gino D’Acampo“ entwirft italienische Verwandlungen, „ToroToro“ spinnt lateinamerikanische Rhythmen, „Noyane“ klingt asiatisch-senkrecht; Bars wie Noten in einer Melodie: Radio Rooftop, Cabana Club – Orte, die Klangräume statt Drinks sind. Technik bleibt verborgen, aber spürbar: Wi-Fi mit 25+ Mbps, Wasser ohne Plastik, Strom ohne Machtspiel, Kinderclub und Fitness als Resonanzräume. Sprachen gleiten: Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch – kein Programm, eher Klangfarben. Service ist nicht Geste, sondern Kontinuität: Man fühlt sich begrüßt, bevor man dankt. Die Lage: keine Postkarte, sondern Schnittstelle: Portomaso Marina, Trig Santa Rita Steps, Café an der Ecke – alles erreichbar, alles weitergedacht. Und doch bleibt der Ort seine eigene Atempause, kein Vorposten. Am Ende lässt sich das Haus nicht verlassen, sondern man wird mitgenommen in einen Nachhall: als hätte jemand Musik gebaut, die man nicht hört, aber tief versteht. Hier ist kein Perfektionismus, sondern Perfektsein ohne Kalkül. Du gehst weg – aber etwas bleibt in dir, als hättest du kurz die Zukunft gesehen. Fazit: Dieses Sanctum gleitet wie ein Manolo am Abend, wie ein Frühstück in der Aurorastunde im Four Seasons Milano – lautlos funkelnd, reine Selbstverständlichkeit.

We have a wonderful stay at the Melia Malta. The service and rooms are amazing. It was the first hotel where someone actually walked me all the way from reception to my room on the 23rd floor to check my key card when it wasn’t working. That level of care really impressed me. During the weekdays, the breakfast service was good, although one morning I didn’t receive my à la carte eggs, but on Saturday morning, when the manager Tom was on shift, I could immediately see the difference — the service switched to top-level excellence. Everything was fast, smooth, and perfect. I personally thanked him for the great service. Melia Malta is now my number one hotel, and I’ve been to many places.

Gli interni sono moderni, curati in ogni dettaglio e trasmettono un senso di eleganza contemporanea difficile da trovare altrove. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una suite e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza straordinaria: spazi ampi, arredamento elegante, comfort assoluto e una vista che da sola vale il viaggio. Un ambiente che unisce design e relax in maniera perfetta. La piscina panoramica con vista su St. Julian’s è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, mentre i bar e il ristorante regalano un’esperienza gastronomica di livello, con piatti che uniscono creatività e qualità. Il servizio è impeccabile: personale giovane, cordiale e sempre attento, capace di farti sentire al centro di un’esperienza esclusiva. L’atmosfera è vibrante e cosmopolita, ideale sia per un soggiorno di piacere che per chi cerca un contesto trendy e internazionale. Un hotel che eleva gli standard dell’ospitalità a Malta: se vuoi vivere il connubio perfetto tra design, comfort e lifestyle di lusso, il ME Malta è la scelta giusta.
